Payment:
We accept PRE-PAYMENT ONLY by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Personal Check, or Money Order. Wire Transfer for International Customers can be arranged with Customer Service. Checks and Money Orders must be drawn on a U.S. bank and payable in U.S. currency. Payment by Check or Money Order may be mailed to: Attention: Customer Service Desert Lake Technologies P.O. Orders are not charged to your credit card until your order is shipped. Orders paid by Check or Money Order will not be shipped until the check has been received and processed. Returned checks or Non-Sufficient Funds checks are subject to a $25.00 collection fee. We do not accept cash. We do not ship Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.).
Sales Tax:
Desert Lake Technologies ships all products from our distribution center in Klamath Falls, Oregon. The state of Oregon does not require the collection of sales tax on products sold by retailers within the state. Desert Lake Technologies is not responsible for additional tariffs or taxes that apply to items shipped to any state or outside the United States.
Shipping Charges:
Domestic Commercial Shipping Charges:
Domestic orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground, Federal Express Ground, United States Postal Service (USPS), or commercial carrier. Orders delivered to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, or Puerto Rico are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping charges are calculated based on published rates relative to the destination and weight of the products ordered. UPS 2nd Day Air delivery is also available. Please contact Customer Service at 800-736-2379 for further information. UPS provides insurance on all parcels valued up to $100.00. Please contact Customer Service if you wish to purchase additional delivery insurance on an order over $100.00.
International Commercial Shipping Charges:
International orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express, United States Postal Service (USPS), or commercial carrier. Shipping charges are calculated based on published rates relative to the destination and weight of the products ordered. Please contact Customer Service at 541-885-6947 for further information.
Based on the destination country, customs charges, tariffs, or import fees may be levied and due at the time the customer retrieves the package. All additional charges and custom clearance are the responsibility of the customer. Certain countries impose restrictions, and may require special licenses or forms for the import of nutritional products. It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain appropriate documentation from the customs office in his/her country. Upon Desert Lake Technologies’ receipt of this documentation via fax or mail from the customer, we will ship the product order.
Delivery Time:
Scheduled delivery of your domestic order will be between 3 and 7 business days, once it has been processed by our distribution center. Delivery to Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Internationally will be dependent upon the type of delivery service selected by the customer.
Post Office Box Addresses:
Orders shipped to Post Office Box addresses can only be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).
Shipping Address:
You can request a shipping address that is different from your billing address. When placing your order, please indicate to Customer Service if your shipping address will be different from your billing address.
Order Tracking:
Please contact Customer Service at 800-736-2379 regarding the delivery status of your order. International Customers call 541-885-6947.
Returns:
All returns require an Authorization Code Number. Please contact Customer Service at 800-736-2379 to receive your authorization code. (International Customers call 541-885-6947) We will not accept return shipments without an Authorization Code Number. There is a $50.00 re-stocking fee and no shipping charges will be refunded. All returns must be returned to the company prepaid within 35 days from the date of purchase. No C.O.D. returns will be accepted.
Order Change:
If you need to make changes to an order, please contact Customer Service at 800-736-2379. If the order has not been shipped, we will adjust the order as requested. International Customers call 541-885-6947.
Order Cancellation:
If you need to cancel an order, please contact Customer Service at: 800-736-2379. (International Customers call 541-885-6947.) If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel the order. If the order has already shipped, you must receive an Authorization Code Number to return the order upon your receipt.
